After activating your subscription with a secure payment, LoadUp will send a confirmation email with Assembly & Set-up date. It's not necessary to be home for your appointment. EZGrubTub products are fully maintained by us so should you encounter any issues with the unit, we will repair or replace to your satisfaction.
EZ Terms & Conditions
Experience the ease of recurring automatic payments. Your subscription will not start until Delivery & Set-up are complete - 7 to 10 days from order date. We also provide a 30 Day Money-back Guarantee to ensure your satisfaction with our temperature controlled service. Level placement on a covered patio with a power outlet is recommended for EZGrubTub optimal performance and sustainability. EZGrubBench does not require power or covered area.

After activating subscription, look for an email from LoadUp confirming your EZGrubTub or EZGrubBench Assembly & Set-up appointment. Appointments are scheduled 7 to 10 days from subscription activation date to ensure delivery. Please leave these items outside and accessible on the day of your appointment.
EZGrubTub or EZGrubBench will be Set-up in the location you specify during the ordering process. As a reminder, EZGrubTub should be located on a level, covered area with a power outlet. An outdoor appliance grade extension cord may be required based on location of outlet.
